At Carworks, we strive to provide top-quality car wash and detailing services delivered at your convenience. As our offerings are service-based and performed at your location, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a service has been completed.

We encourage you to inspect your vehicle thoroughly after the service is provided. If you are not satisfied or if there is any issue with the service, please contact us immediately so we can address your concern and make things right.

Damages and Issues

If you experience any problem during or after your car service – such as incomplete cleaning, detailing concerns, or damage caused during service – please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will evaluate the issue and, if applicable, schedule a follow-up or corrective service.


Exceptions / Non-Refundable Services

As a general policy, we do not offer refunds or rescheduling for:

  • Missed appointments due to customer unavailability

  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled service time

  • Services completed to industry-standard satisfaction
